Sending the order form is a request, not a payment. We confirm the price, the delivery date and the delivery cost by email within one working day, and the order is made when you pay.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars and include the piece only. Delivery is priced by postcode and quoted before you pay.
Made to order
Most pieces are made after you order. Lead times are shown on each product page and confirmed when we take payment.
Guarantee
Every frame and joint we make is guaranteed for ten years. Fabric and finish wear is not covered, but we will always quote to repair it.
