Delivery
Our own two-person team delivers across Chicago and carries every piece to the room you choose. Further afield we use a furniture carrier. Delivery is priced by postcode and quoted before you pay.
Timing
Pieces in stock leave within five working days. Made-to-order pieces take the lead time shown on the product page. We call the day before with a two-hour window.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. We collect from your door, check the piece and refund you within ten working days. The collection fee matches what you paid for delivery.
Damage
Tell us within 48 hours if anything arrives damaged and we will repair or replace it at our cost.
